Headlining Vegas

Jeff Civillico (@JeffCivillico on Twitter) joins host Craig Price to chat about headlining Vegas. It’s a road trip as Craig heads west on vacation to Sin City. Vegas, Baby, VEGAS! While in town, Craig stopped by the famous Flamingo Hotel & Casino and talked with juggling phenom Jeff Civillico right before his own one-man clean comedy show. They discuss how Jeff went from unknown performer to headlining a Vegas hotel, the need to create your own opportunities, the differences between Vegas audiences compared to traditional crowds, Jeff’s new TV show Las Vegas Good News and how Vegas is such a useful proving ground for working talent. Unlike a casino, you can’t lose listening to Jeff and Craig!

You can find more about Jeff and all his shows (TV and Vegas) at his website

Episode 188 – Doug Devitre – Remote Selling / audio

Remote selling

Doug Devitre (@DougDevitre on twitter) calls host Craig Price to discuss remote selling. Selling is hard. It’s hard face to face, it’s hard on the phone. It’s just hard. Especially if you can’t physically get to where your client is. Thankfully, Doug is on the podcast to discuss his book Screen to Screen Selling: How to Increase Sales, Productivity, and Customer Experience with the Latest Technology.  Facetime is not just something we need with clients, it’s something we use to talk to them! Doug and Craig talk about turning presentations into visual conversations, how to best interact with clients when there are so many applications to choose from (hint: Use what they use!!) and why the almighty bandwidth is so important.

You can learn more about Doug at his self-titled website and you can pick up his book at or wherever quality books are sold.

Episode 187 – 2016 Oscar Predictions / audio

2016 Oscar Predictions

Alan Cerny (@NordlingCS on twitter) joins host Craig Price to discuss their 2016 Oscar Predictions. Season 6 starts off like it has the last 5 years, with Craig and Alan predicting their choices for the 2016 Academy Awards, lamenting non-nominees, why someone should have or shouldn’t have been nominated as well as who they think WILL win and who they think SHOULD win. It looks like a rather boring year at the Academy in which Craig rants against Rachel McAdams, both Alan and Craig take issue with Leonardo Dicaprio’s snot-bubbled grunting and their mutual love of Mad Max: Fury Road.

Also, past guest and friend of the show, Thom Singer is in the middle of his annual fundraiser (all February) for the Kate Singer Endowment for Cranio-Facial Research. It’s a good cause and the money goes to the Dell Children’s Medical Center out of Austin and Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. Please consider donating by clicking here to donate.
